If you’re anxious about travelling due to being plant-based, you don’t need to worry about a thing at Palmaia.

You’ll be able to eat anything off the menu here. 

This resort is a self proclaimed wellness enclave and is passionate about providing guests with gourmet plant-based cuisine and cruelty-free amenities.

On the pacific side of Mexico, this yoga and wellness retreat offers a therapeutic getaway. 

All food onsite is intentionally prepared to be mindful and nourishing.

Holistika has created a stress-free sanctuary in their boutique jungle hotel, just outside of Tulum.

Travelers come here seeking wellness, healing and health-conscious nourishment and leave centered and restored. 

The onsite restaurant, Tierra, serves only the healthiest plant-based cuisine infused with incredible flavor. Try the coconut ceviche with mango and habanero oil. 

This hotel has some of the most unique facilities and amenities I’ve seen yet.

Yoga, meditation domes and relaxing pools are quite standard.

But check out the jungle art walk, light portal ceremonies and Wim Hof breathing classes.

TOSA Blue Mountain, Ecuador

Experience the power of healing and restorative energy found here near the equator. 

While this resort is technically in South America, it’s so vegan-centered that I couldn’t leave it off the list. 

Among the Andes mountains, book yourself in at TOSA Blue Mountain for a spiritual and holistic vacation.

Fully all inclusive, you’ll be spoiled with five star vegan cuisine.

Nourish your soul not only with healthy food, but with the views, water therapy and yoga and meditation caves

Breakfasts are hearty and 100% plant-based, with all ingredients sourced as locally as possible.

You’ll notice this commitment through bamboo-constructed villas, no single use plastic on site, and all the water used at this hotel is filtered Hawaiian rain water.

The proximity to Volcano National Park will allow you to stay until dark to see glowing lava and enjoy secluded beaches and swim with the turtles.

If you’re a vegan couple looking for a luxe adult-only all inclusive resort, this should be one of your top picks. 

Not only will you have tons of plant-based options that the buffets, the head chef at Iberostar Grand Bavaro is very accommodating for providing delicious vegan options.

Even if you aren’t vegan, the healthy food options are endless here, which is sometimes hard to find at all inclusives. 

What I absolutely love is that guests get assigned a personal butler for their stay.

If you let them know about your diet, they will make dinner reservations for you, ensuring a special vegan menu is crafted. 

As an added bonus, guests that stay here get access to the neighboring resorts.

Excellence Riviera Cancun

At the adult-only Excellence Riviera Cancun, Vegan options are labeled on all menus and buffets, and the staff are all well-versed in providing alternatives.

Just mention that you are plant-based and they will do everything they can to ensure you eat well during your stay. 

Don’t miss the the plant-based iced lattes at the coffee shop each morning. 

You can also rent a cabana on the beach for a day which comes with a server who will bring you drinks and lunch – you can order specific vegan items.

Tip – the French restaurant has the most options for vegan guests!

You’ll be happy to find the breakfast and lunch buffets have separate zones for vegetarian and vegan foods. 

In addition, the restaurants on site have lots of plant-based options and chefs are always happy to modify most menu options to be vegan.

In particular, at the Japanese restaurant, you’ll be able to dine on plant-based sushi, pad Thai and sweet and sour rice.

The Mexican and beach house restaurants also have menu items like cheese-free pizza and veggie tacos.

Start you mornings at the tropical juice bar with fresh smoothies and coconut water!

Room service is available 24/7 and includes options like plant based burritos and lentil burgers.
